 Konstanz, die Kantine: beautiful weather, we are driving through the Schwarzwald, all the colours seem unreal. Listening to Radiohead, the Maccabees, the Konstanz lake appears and we know it will be a great night!
People from the venue are perfect, they have prepared everything for us, they even respected our bonus rider, that means a bottle of whisky, postcards of the city and one lotterie ticket (if we win something, benefits would be shared with the venue!).
Everything is cool, no stress, our support band called Pacmen is great. They play heavy and we talk a lot with them before their show. We have similar lives when we don't play music.
The meal is so good!
People are coming, we're happy and we play a very good concert. There are moments when you play music that are so intense that you couldn't think doing something else. The right place to be at the right moment! It's hard to obtain, you have to pass through many difficulties, many doubts, but there are some moments of magic in this job, in this art, inpossible to forget.
This gig at die Kantine was one of them, the welcome, the concert, the afterparty, talking with very sincere people, dancing, drinking tequilas ...
When i came to the backstage during the night, Kevin and Torsten our host jumped on me, shouting we had won 1000 € per this lotterie ticket! After one moment, we read the rules of the game, we had only one 1 €, good start ...
