3 last gigs: Shenzhen - Xiamen - Shanghaï We're better and better, our music becomes more powerful, we are confident about what we make, and people give us such a great feedback!
In Shenzhen, we played in an art gallery/restaurant. The owner wanted us to play before the football match, but we took the risk to play later, at the same time, and we won! Everyone was there for the concert, dancing crazy on the beat! Wonderful night!
Xiamen 2 days after: the beach, out of time, the sea at the other side of the world.
The gig took place in a wonderful venue, on the hill with the view on the sea. It was so lost that we didn't expect a lot of people, and then suddenly, a hundred persons arrived. We started the concert and from the 1st song, people began to. I finished the concert half nacked in the audience! People after the concert offered us t-shirts against the Chinese government saying things like: "I don't need sex, the government fucks me everyday".
The day after, 19th June. Plane between Xiamen and Shanghaï. I bought strings for my guitar in a small shop, the seller told me: "do you like football? France is not good! Domenech sucks!"
The evening was the perfect ending for a tour, our support bands were so great, the first one comes from Shanghaï and really amazed us, it's'electro experimental music and it's called Duck Fight Goose! The second one had such a powerful sound that we had to motivate ourselves more to do a great gig! Its name is The Damallamas, they are a melting of different influences, an American, a British, an Australian, a Japanese and a Chinese man and their rock rules! Perfect evening and we played better than ever, mad, feverish, sweaty.
It's the end, we stay in Shanghaï today, an interview and then buying souvenirs from China. Tomorrow, train to Beijing and last night in the country! Plane on Tuesday.
