I guess we were eager to arrive so we stepped on it, still driving safely of course, wouldn't want to risk anything. In Greifswald we picked up our driver and tourmanager Esther and continued to the first stop of the tour - Dresden. Upon arrival we discovered that the venue, Little Creatures, was quite small. But the warm welcome of the staff made us feel right at home and while soundchecking we were pleased to find out that 'small' did not equal 'quiet'; we were allowed to be loud, which is the way it should be. The gig itself was suprisingly fun to play. The place filled up with people to the extent that some weren't allowed in and had to watch the show from through the windows. It was a pity that they couldn't get in but at the same time it's always great to play when the place is packed. Although warnings were outed about the possibilty of the police showing up to shut us down because of the volume they didn't and we could carry on for a good hour and a half, including two encores. We didn't see any other bar that night, quite the contrary in fact - Anders and Taivas decided to take over as bartenders at Little Creatures in the early hours, mixing strawberry mojitos for everyone. The morning after we made pancakes for our nice hosts as a thank you for their hospitality. Nice lads aren't we? After a lazy morning we moved on to Berlin for new adventures.
